Paths to Change Approach

  • Focus on providing Fellows with problem-solving and facilitation skills pivotal to their roles as leaders and change agents, and with approaches to diversity and economic justice that challenge them to push the boundaries of conventional definitions of health;
  • Engage Fellows in highly interactive workshops;
  • Meet with other faculty in order to integrate key elements of their material into Paths to Change presentations;
  • Consult with Fellows one-on-one on their real-life work issues
